運動休閒俱樂部消費者參與行為差異之研究―以聯園活動中心為例

A Study on Difference in Consumer Participation Behavior at Sport and Leisure Clubs as Exemplified by the Science Park UMC Recreation Center

摘要


本研究以新竹科學園區聯園活動中心為研究對象,主要探討消費者在參與行為之差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法,以便利抽樣方式進行調查聯園活動中心之407位消費者。將收回之問卷以SPSS for Window 10.0版統計套裝軟體進行資料分析及整理根據調查所得資料發現:消費者性別、年齡、最高學歷、職業、服務單位、婚姻狀況及平均每月收入等人口統計變項對「消費者常使用的時段」、「消費者平均停留時間」、「消費者平均每週到活動中心的頻率(次數)」及「消費者最喜歡的促銷方式」呈顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumers' exercise participation behavior of The Joint Activities Center, Science Park, Hsinchu. 407 subjects was selected by using on-site convenience sampling method, a questionnaire was employed to assess subject's exercise participation behavior Data was then processed by using SPSS for Windows 10.0. the results of this study indicated there were significant differences at social-economic variables such as sex, age, level of education, vocation, place of employment, marital status and average monthly income in the following factors: consumer's most used time slot, average staying time, average frequency of visit and most preferred sales promotion methods.
