This article attempts to explain what's the Chinese style of ”constitutional review” system? First of all, it had to date back to the Western doctrine of constitutional review, and utilized this perspective to delve into the current situation of ”constitutional review” system in China; secondly, it is necessary to illustrate how the system is running in terms of the regulatory analysis and actual case and to explore the possibility of the human rights protection movement against national abuse of power by means of ”bottom-up” of constitutional review system. More importantly, whether the human rights lawyers will become part of pivot power to promote social democratic transformation efforts? Finally, it proposed the plight and reform direction when it comes to the Chinese style of ”constitutional review” system.
