室內設計與裝修工程技術士技能檢定術科內容分析之研究

摘要

近年，台灣室內設計蓬勃發展，專業地位與證照為產學重要議題，2013年元月立法院三讀通過專門職業及技術人員考試法修正草案，說明考試政策大幅修改，說明中直指「室內設計師」將辦理專門職業及技術人員之實質認定，確立室內設計師將邁向國家考試。而在邁向國考前，其證照考試唯有勞委會技術士技能檢定，分為設計與工程管理兩職類，然其術科通過率比國考還低，為釐清此癥結，本研究透過術科試題的內容分析，提出旨要，以供未來國考參照。本研究透過內容分析法進行歷年「建築物室內設計」與「建築物室 內裝修工程管理」乙級術科試題之分析，具體研究成果有三：一、職類12500「室內設計」術科內容分析，題型為專業繪圖，涵蓋住家與商空兩類進行，住家面積平均44坪，題意因應社會變遷包含高齡化、三代、核心與主題家庭的多元，需呈現平面、天花板、剖立面、大樣圖與材料估算的個案設計力。二、職類12600「裝修工程管理」術科內容分析，題型為申論題，配合繪圖與製表，涵蓋裝修管理與工程知識，在歷年181題中，重要序為施工作業、法規、工程管理與圖說判讀，亦即在規範下的施工與工程管理是其檢定重點。三、分析兩者，室內設計在於繪圖力、設計力與基本工程管理知識；裝修工程管理在於圖說判讀力、進階工程管理知識與各工種施工作業專門知識，可見溝通技能與工程技術為其檢定之基本架構。

In recent years, the interior design in Taiwan has gone through rapid development, and the professional status and license are the important issues of production study. In January 2013, the Draft Revision of the Professionals and Technologists Examination Act passed through the third reading of the legislative Yuan. The examination policies are significantly modified, and it also indicates that the [ Interior designer ] will handle the substantial cognizance of the Professionals and Technologists, and establishes that the interior designer will march toward the state examination. Before it match toward the state examination, there is only the technician skill test of the Council of Labor Affairs, which is divided into two classes of design and project management. However, the subject pass rate is even lower than that of the state examination. In order to solve the sticking point, the study proposes the essential point through the content analysis of subject examination question, for future reference of the state examination. The study conducts the analysis of Level B subject examination questions of annual [Interior Design of Building] and [Building Interior Installation and Repair Management] through the content analysis method. The specific research findings include: I. the content analysis of class 12500 [interior design] subjects, the question type is the professional drawing, including proceedings of residence and commerce. The average residence area is 44 square meter. The question meaning includes the multi-elements of old aging, three generations, core and themed family due to social change. It shall present the individual case design capability of plane, ceilings, sectional facade, large drawing and material estimate. II. The content analysis of class 12600 [interior installation and repair management] subjects, the question type is essay, coordinating with graphics and tabulation and covering decoration management and engineering knowledge. In the annual 181 questions, the important sequence is construction operation; legislation, project management and diagram interpretation, that is to say, the construction and engineering management in the specifications are the key points of the test. III. Through analysis of both, the interior design focuses on the drawing capability, design capability, and basic project management knowledge; and the interior installation and repair management focuses on the diagram interpretation capability, advanced project management knowledge and professional knowledge of the various types of construction work. It can be seen that the communication skill and engineering technology are the basic framework of test.
