目的:本研究旨在分析私人教練課程學員的健身歷程,以及探究私人教練課程情境中的代理效能之內涵。方法:採用質性研究法,對於私人教練課學員的經驗作分析、解釋、推理,並以半結構式訪談法針對6位具有參與私人教練課程經驗的受訪者進行資料蒐集。結果:私人教練課情境之代理效能內涵為:專業能力,包括優秀的專業知識、強而有力的經歷與背景、符合期望的訓練成效;人格特質,包括暢通無阻的相互溝通、認真敬業的態度、用心對待學員,以及可能降低學員代理效能的教練應對上的缺失。結論:私人教練課是一對一的教學情境,因此代理效能的內涵與其他運動情境有所不同,教練除了應具備足夠的專業之外,也需精準理解學員的需求並且妥善規畫教學內容,並專注於良好的教學品質和訓練成效。
Purpose: This research aimed to explore proxy efficacy belief between personal trainer and exerciser in personal training courses by investigating exercisers' training prosses. Method: Depth interviewing was used in this research, and purposive sampling was implemented. The study obtained information from 6 exercisers who had been working with a personal trainer through semi-structured interviews. Results: The professional abilities included professional knowledge, license and experience, and making ideal training outcomes. The personality traits included good communication skills, a strong work ethic, and sincere attitude. Conclusion: The nature of proxy efficacy in personal training is different from what in group training. In addition to personal ability, exercise instructors are suggested to plan exercise sessions tailored toward one's goals and to select appropriate intensity and improve training effects of their clients.
