教與學是教育最重要的價值,而近年來以學生為中心的教學方法,則是改變的核心。本研究目的:以運動心理學課程為背景,透過案例編撰與教而學的實踐,探討學生學習成效。方法:因為考量課程內容與學期時間的配合,皆以東部某公立大學修習運動心理學的學生為基礎,研究首先以該大學107學年度學生42人為參與者,編撰個人心理學,接著再以108學年度43名學生為參與者,編撰社會心理學,用以考驗編撰案例的教學效益。此外在課程間為增加學生的專業學習,亦辦理運動心理議題的講座、實踐的教學工作坊,並以學習動機量表、校內教學滿意度評量及質性回饋單為評量學習效益的工具,最後以量化及質化的資料了解學生學習的狀況。研究結果:在學習動機的呈現上,學生多為正向的回應,並發現學習動機測量內部達顯著差異,其中教師互動大於學習態度,顯示透過案例教學與教而學的方法,能改善課室中師生互動的行為。在質性意見上,學生針對知識與應用、投入案例的編寫、教學演示的深刻、課堂反應與自我了解四個向度亦有所回饋。結論:整體來說,此種教而學的案例演示,不僅能提升教學滿意度與學習動機,對於學生學習的成效也因案例教學的貼近性,讓體育系學生對於課程更為投入。
Introduction: Teaching and learning are the most important values of all education. In recent years, student-centered teaching methods have been the core of change. The purpose of this practical study was to explore the effectiveness of student learning through the case teaching and learning by teaching technique in the context of sports psychology courses. Method: The research objects were 107 and 108 academic years from a public university in the East Taiwan, forty-two and forty-three students who studies in sports psychology course. Through case teaching and compilation, lectures on sports psychology topics, workshops as methods. Learning motivation scale, teaching satisfaction scale and feedback form as the tools. Used the quantitative and qualitative analysis measure the data. The Results showed in the part of student motivation, the positive learning response from the students. It was also found that there was a significant difference in the internal measurement of learning motivation, among which teacher interaction was greater than learning attitude, indicating that through case study and learning by teaching methods, the behavior of teacher-student interaction can be improved. In the qualitative opinions, students give four categories feedback on knowledge and application, invest in case writing, the depth of teaching demonstration, classroom response and self-understanding. Conclusion: Overall, this kind of teaching and demonstration of the case not only improved the quality of teaching, but also increased the effective of their learning motivation. And the effectiveness of student learning is also because the doing planning, which makes students more invest in the course.
