摘要

本文旨在探討2009年亞洲女子排球錦標賽，前八強隊伍之技術進行分析，依各隊之專項技術得分統計數字做為主要的研究依據。結果發現：在攻擊專項；第一名的泰國隊得57分，超出各國攻擊平均數值（39.75分）很多，顯示攻擊成功率極高。在攔網專項；第一名泰國及第三名日本的得分為13分，高出平均數值（8.63分），表示攔網成功率亦在平均數值之上，但第五名哈薩克得15分，是各國得分之首，但顯示攔網不是勝利唯一的專項技術。在發球專項；第一名泰國得7分，超出各國發球統計平均數值（4.38分），顯示發球成功率亦在平均數值之上，而第三名日本得10分是各國之首，表示發球也不是勝利的唯一專項技術。在防守專項；第一名泰國得55分，超出各國，發球統計平均數值（41.75分），顯示防守技術在水準之上，但第八名伊朗得57分，為各國之冠，顯示有極佳的防守表現。在舉球專項；第一名泰國得83分，超出各國，舉球統計平均數值（63.75分），顯示極佳的舉球技術。在接發球專項；第一名泰國得65分，超出各國發球統計平均數值（43.88分），顯示高水準以上的接發球技術。研究結果顯示，第一名的泰國在扣球、舉球、接發球等專項技術統計得分之冠殊屬不易，其他項目如攔網、發球、防守亦在統計得分高於平均數值，表示泰國隊在訓練上較全面化，而國際排球選手趨向亦是全面性的訓練時代。

The aim of this research was to analyze the techniques from the top 8th teams in the 2009 Asian Woman Volleyball Championship. The results were shown: the team of Thailand was in the first position and had 57 points in the technique of spike, which was above the average points (39.75). It means that the team of Thailand had a high success in spiking technique. In the technique of block, the teams of Thailand and Japan had 13 points and the average points were 8.63 points. However, in this technique the Kazakhstan (in the 5th position of the Championship) had 15 points which was in the first position. This result showed that the technique of block was not the main key for victory. The average point of service technique was 4.38 points. The number one team of Thailand was 7 points and the 3rd (Japan) had 10 points which had highest point in this technique. In the technique of defense the number one team of Thailand had 55 points which was above the average point (41.75 points), but the 8th team of Iran had the highest point (57 points) in this item. In the technique of setter, the team of Thailand had 83 points and was above the average point (63.75 points). Thailand also had the highest score in the technique of receive (65 points, average point 43.88 points).To summarize, the champion Thailand team had the highest score in techniques of spiking、setting、receiving. The rest of techniques such as blocking、serving、digger the score were also above the average point.
