體育行政人員知覺工作特性與工作投入關係之研究

A Study on the Relationship between Civil Servants' Perception of Job Characteristics and Job Involvement in Physical Education Administrative Organizations

摘要


本研究旨在探討體育行政人員工作特性與工作投入之現況與關係,採用自編之「體育行政人員工作特性與工作投入之調查問卷」為研究工具,以政府體育行政機關所屬體育行政人員為研究樣本,共發出研究問卷336份,回收有效問卷177份,有效問卷回收率為52.68%,所得資料經統計分析後,獲得以下結論:體育行政人員對於工作特性之知覺為中高程度;體育行政人員之工作投入為中高程度;體育行政人員所知覺之工作特性,會受到年資與學歷之影響;體育行政人員之工作投入,會受到年資與職等之影響;體育行政人員工作特性與工作投入有顯著正相關;體育行政人員工作特性之部分構面,對於整體工作投入具有預測力。最後,研究者依據研究結果提出結論與具體建議,供體育行政機關參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the current situation of civil servants' perception of job characteristics and job involvement in physical education administrative organizations, and analyze the relationship between them. This study employed the survey method. Three hundred and thirty-six civil servants in physical education administrative organizations were selected as samples, with the return of 177 questionnaires. The amount of the valid questionnaires stands for 52.68% of the total amount of the questionnaires those were distributed. The survey data was analyzed by using statistical methods. The findings of the study were as follows: (1) Civil servants' perception of job characteristics was at upper middle level. (2) Civil servants' job involvement was at upper middle level. (3) Civil servants' perception of job characteristics was affected by seniority and educational background. (4) Civil servants' job involvement was affected by seniority and rank. (5) Civil servants' perception of job characteristics was positively related to their job involvement. (6) Parts of civil servants' perception of job characteristic s had significant predictability on their job involvement. In the end, based on the results and conclusions of this research, some suggestions were given for reference.
