摘要

運動教練的領導角色是影響隊伍勝負之重要關鍵，其責任重大，深切影響運動團隊之訓練及發展性。在訓練過程中，適時給予選手鼓勵讚美支持與酬賞，將可滿足選手內在的動機，使其達成個人目標，因此運動教練的有效領導將有助於提高選手和團隊的成就動機。而運動教練必須憑藉自己的領導特質來贏得運動員的信賴及支持，對運動團隊未來發展，將更具有決定性的影響。基此，本文以運動領導相關之理論為基礎，探討運動教練應具備之作為及特質，以供從事學校運動校隊領導、運動訓練等人員參考及改進方向，以發揮領導才能。

The leader role of an athletic instructor plays an important part in affecting the victory or defeat of a team. The vital responsibility is highly related to the training and development of the team. In the process of training, encouragements, praise, support and rewards can satisfy the inner motivation of athletes and help them achieve their personal objectives. Therefore, the effective leadership of an athletic instructor will be conductive to enhancing the motivation of a team or an athlete. The athletic instructors are supposed to gain the dependence and support from athletes, which decisively affects the future of the team. As a result, the following article is the discussion of the behavior and features an athlete instructor should provide based on the related theories of athletic leadership. The article provides the school sports team leaders, sports trainers, et al. with references and improving directions so as to bring the talent of leading into full play.
