近年來國民的體適能狀況日漸低落,尤其肥胖現象日趨嚴重,更讓有識者憂心忡忡。因此,民國八十七年開始推行的全民運動、陽光健身計劃等,均期望能培養國人有規律休閒運動生活,進而提昇國民身心健康良好生活的品質,並降低醫療成本,主要目的都在培養國人運動習慣。所以,本研究之目的旨在論述運動與健康之相關要點,並分析運動養成對人體健康之影響。採用文獻分析法,將所蒐集之期刊、論文等資料加以整理、歸納、分析、解釋作進行研究探討。運動雖不是人類的對抗疾病特效藥,但卻能有效地嚇阻疾病的產生,以下歸納運動的益處有:使肌肉結實、強化心肺功能,促進血液循環、增強體力與耐力,燃燒過多的卡路里、強健骨骼,柔軟關節、舒緩壓力、增進抵抗力,延長生命之能力、提昇自信力,改進自我形象、充實生活內容。
Recently, the quality of Taiwan people's physical strength is becoming weaker. Especially the more and more serious concurrence of people getting fat is unexpected; and, this has made the people who care about the problem started to worry. Accordingly, our government started to give an impetus to the ”Sports for All” and ”Sunshine Fitness Plan” since 1998. All of these are hoping to stimulate people to bring up the regular activities into their leisure time, and also to enhance both the quality of their physical and mental life, and in addition, lower the cost of average medical expense. As a result, the goal of this research project is to study and to discuss the associated viewpoints about sports and health, and analyze the affection of regular exercises to people. Basically, this project adopted Content Analysis Issue to collect the periodicals and proposals information. Next, we rearrange, sort, analyze and reinterpret the information and put them into our discussion. Though sports are not the powerful cure to against diseases, but they can help to prevent the diseases to occur. We have concluded the advantages of sports as follow: 1. to strengthen the muscle.2. to strengthen the function of heart and lung.3. to help to stimulate the blood circulation.4. to improve the physical strength and endurance.5. to burn the additional calories.6. to strengthen our bones.7. to lubricate our joints.8. to help to release our pressure.9. to improve our resistance against diseases.10. to extend our life-span.11. to improve our confidence.12. to reshape our self-image.13. to enhance our quality of life.
