涼山地區彝族奴隸社會制度之研究

摘要

本研究主要是探討大小涼山的彝族奴隸社會制度，這是一個完全經濟剝削形式的制度。在涼山地區的彝族主要是把其中的社會成員，分為統治者和奴隸兩個等級，從而又細分為五個層次。在這制度下，基本上是以完全佔有制來剝奪奴隸的自由。在奴隸的階層中，他們連基本的人身自由都沒有，一切都是由奴隸主所安排。而奴隸主為了自己及至社會的富足，竟用諸多不合理和殘忍的手段來鉗制奴隸。然而這種不公義的制度，竟存在中國的西南地區達二仟多年之久。直到1954年，中國解放軍佔領涼山地區，奴隸們才獲得真正的自由。

This research is mainly probing the slave society institution of Yi Ethnic in Liangshan. This is a completely economic exploiting institution. In Liangshan areas, Yi Ethnic divided their social members in two classes-ruler and slave; then subsidiary divided in five levels. By this institution, there is completely exploited slave freedom by occupy institution on the whole. They even didn't have basically personally freedom in slave level. Everything was dominated by slave owner. However, slave owner for the sake of their personal and social plentiful, used a lot of unreasonable and cruel artifices to suppress slave. But even so such kind of unfair institution had existed in west southern parts of China for more than two thousands years. Till 1954's, the liberation army occupied Liangshan districts, slave had have real freedom.
