本研究旨在探討大專校院輔導教師在個別諮商成效之評量。採深度訪談法,研究者為確保研究參與者具備專業背景與豐富經驗以能提供適切資訊,設定參與之研究對象其任職大專校院輔導中心年資須3年以上,且須具備諮商心理師或臨床心理師專業證照,參與訪談之研究對象共計12人。研究結果如下:(一)諮商師評量諮商成效的向度包含案主投入諮商的程度、案主自我覺察的狀態、案主的情緒狀態、案主的行動力、案主的人際互動方式、案主能接納自己無法改變的部份、案主的能力增加、案主轉介者的回饋,以及案主能將諮商室學習到的改變帶至日常生活。(二)影響諮商成效因素包含:諮商師、案主、環境、諮商關係等因素。
This study aims to explore the outcomes of individual counseling of college counselors in order to understand the impact of related factors. This study adopted in-depth interview. The researcher used purposive sampling to invite 12 study objects. The results was following: 1) Counselors evaluation the dimensions of counseling outcomes include: clients' degree of putting in counseling, clients' self-awareness, clients' emotion status, clients' action, clients' interpersonal interaction patterns, clients could accept no change of self, clients' abilities increasing, the feedback from clients' transformer, and clients could bring outside from change of counseling. 2) Affecting factors of counseling outcome include: counselors' factor, clients' factor, environment factor, and the factor of counseling relationship.
