邊緣化再邊緣化－談南部老年思覺失調症醫療安置之需要

本研究以南部老年思覺失調症醫療安置之需要作為研究方向，以臺灣南部地區地理遼闊，以住宿型之安養中心而言，由屏東之60床到高雄市382床，迄至台南的74床，廣大的屏東竟只有60床的住宿型安置機構；至於日間留宿型安養中心，則台南市177床，高雄市804床，而屏東129床，究其現實，遠在屏東者亦不可能日日接送患者抵高雄安置，可見主要之安養安置亦主要針對都會區為主。然而鄉間，缺乏醫療資訊，且務農為主而相對收入較低之民眾，卻是真正需要醫療資源的一群，且是由國家給予必要之支持的一群。特別是台灣之M型化社會中，青壯年大多往都市集中，留在鄉間的則大多是老年人及小孩，唯當下之政策，卻讓醫療資源盡皆集中於都市，卻是忽略了鄉間所需。建議政府未來可針對鄉間多著墨或以公辦民營方式多照顧病患。

In this study, elderly psychiatric patients in southern placement of medical research is required as to the vast geography in southern Taiwan to stay in terms of type of nursing home from the 60 to Kaohsiung, Pingtung 382, at the date of Tainan 74 beds. The majority of Pingtung actually only 60 accommodation type placement agencies; for daytime nursing home stay type, the Tainan city 177, Kaohsiung 804, and Pingtung 129, investigate its reality by far in Pingtung nor can transfer the patient arrived in Kaohsiung day placement. It's seen mainly in nursing placement also focused on metropolitan areas based. However countryside, lack of medical information, and agriculture-based and relatively lower income people, but it is really needed medical resources group, and is given the necessary support by the national group. Especially the M-Taiwan society, the young are mostly concentrated to the city to stay in the countryside are mostly elderly and children, the only moment of the policy, allows medical resources concentrated in urban foes, but it is ignored by country need. We suggested that can be inked for the country or multi-mode multi-run private patient care in the future.
