Early childhood education is the foundation for personality development and learning growth as well as the period of the fastest growth rate in a child's life. The early childhood education experience made by parents at this time and their impact on children's learning are significant research topics. Based on the concerns about the questions above, this study used data surveys to conduct in-depth and rigorous investigations. The results were as followed. First, families with different economic statuses had obvious differences of studying experience in the early childhood education. Low-income households tended to let their children attend public preschools, while high-income families were inclined to let their children attend private preschools. Second, a higher proportion of aboriginal families let their children attend public preschools. Third, children attending public preschools appeared to have significant under performance in preschool cognitive development, further making the parents provide fewer resources and have lower expectations, which was not conducive to future learning performance of the children.
