There is no question that the Communist Party of China (CPC) applies a version of dialectics when they play politics and conduct military affairs. It follows that they tend to look at the mainstream economic line first, to be followed by the country, ideology, and politics in that order. Of course, politics and military affairs are related to each other but politics should come first in this order-of-importance context. In short, everything in terms of a series of dialectical models is logically, systematically, and coherently tied to or interlinked with each other, constituting a whole, just as David L. Shambaugh pointed out that war-fighting doctrine is intertwined with strategy, tactics, force structure, training, personnel appointments, military education, and protection of national security, which are collectively known as the corporate domain.
