全球金融海嘯之後,台灣企業面臨了前所未見的困境,面對逆境的能力與抗壓性逐漸受到重視,本研究主要是探討人格特質、逆境商數與工作績效關係之研究。本研究主要以隨機抽樣方式抽取台灣150家企業作為研究對象,並利用結構方程模式進行分析,昌在探討不同性別角色員工之人格特質與逆境商數對工作績效的影響效果,並提供台灣員工提升工作績效的方式。本研究之驗證結果顯示整體模式配適標準及模式內在結構自己適度均達檢定水準,表示本研究的理論模型可獲得支持,進而分析各構念間的影響關係、結果如下:(1)不同性別角色對人格特質存在顯著的差異;(2)不同性別角色對逆境商數存在顯著的差異;(3)不同性別角色對工作績效存在顯著的差異;(4)人格特質對逆境商數存在顯著的正向影響;(5)逆境商數對工作績效存在顯著的正向影響;(6)人格特質對工作績效存在顯著的正向影響;(7)人格特質透過逆境商數對工作績效有顯著的影響。
After the global financial crisis, Taiwanese enterprises also encounter difficulties that they have never met before and the capability of dealing with adversity and resisting pressure is gradually being valued. This study mainly discusses the interrelationship between personality trait, adversity quotient, and work performance. This matrix of research is based on Taiwan's 150 enterprises in total, the objectives of the research. Through the analysis of SEM, this research aims to discuss the influence that the office workers' personality traits of different gender roles have on work performance, and to provide a means of elevating work performance for Taiwanese office workers. The verified results show that the fitness standard of the global mode as well as the structure fitness of the inner mode has reached the statistical test level, thus indicate the theoretical model of this research can be supported. Further analyses extended to the affected relationships between structures are as follows: (1) different gender roles have significant differences on personality trait; (2) different gender roles have significant differences on adversity quotient; (3) different gender roles have significant differences on work performances; (4) personality trait has a significant positive influence on adversity quotient; (5) adversity quotient has a significant positive influence on work performances; (6) personality trait does not have a significant positive influence on work performances; (7) personality trait has a significant influence on work performances via adversity quotient.
