九年一貫“健康與體育”領域課程設計的策略性規劃-以新竹市立香山國民小學試辦課程為例

摘要


本文旨在透過源自企業行銷中「策略性規劃」的概念,以新竹市立香山國民小學為研究對象,針對九年一貫課程健康與體育領域之國民小學部分課程進行規劃的探討,並藉由下列歷程“(一)界定組織目前的使命與目的;(二)環境分析;(三)機會與問題分析;(四)擬定目標;(五)形成策略;(六)執行策略;(七)結果評估;選定新竹市立香山國民小學為對象,進行課程設計的實作,並歸結參與實作教師的心得與感想,呈現出「策略性規劃」歷程中實際的問題。

This study described how the concept of Strategic Planning to develop health and physical education of school based curriculum befor the 9-year Joint Curricula setting on our educational system. Hsinchu City Hsianshan elementary school, for example was following the progress as: 1) Identified the organization's current mission, objectives and strategies. 2) Analyzed the environment. 3) Identified opportunities and threats. Analyzed the organization's resources. Identified strengths and weaknesses. 4) Reassessed the organization's mission and objectives. 5) Formulated strategies. 6) Implemented strategies. 7) Evaluated results. And the main results had been anticipated were: A. Creating the procedures for health and physical education to execute. B. Constructing the critical standard for evaluating the progress. And the extra C. No matter what the curriculum design was valuable or not, strategic planning could make the teaching team easier interacted to each other with a good relationship.
