屏東縣境觀光旅遊地區之運動設施服務內容調查研究

本研究將從「資源調查」的觀點，探討屏東地區觀光旅遊地區運動服務與設施之內容。本研究方法採文獻探討及實地勘查之方式，以屏東縣境內之屏北、大鵬灣小琉球、恆及丁國家公園等四個觀光旅遊地區為研究對象。經由資料的調查與分析，主要運動設施服務歸納如下：（一）屏北旅遊地區之運動設施服務資源屬內陸型，運動觀光景點以山脈、森林、瀑布，運動服務以滑翔翼訓練、登山導引、高爾夫球指導為主，運動賽會以原住民來化園區表演、六堆客家運動會、魯凱族及排灣豐年祭、原住民運動會為主，運動建構設施以台鳳高爾夫球場、原住民文化園區、賽嘉航空公園、海神宮浮潛、大社釣魚區、假期樂園為主；（二）大鵬灣與小琉球旅遊地區運動設施服務資源屬海濱型，運動觀光景點以瀉湖、海岸、離島為主，運動服務以提供浮潛、潛水、划船、筏釣、海釣等水上活動為主，運動賽會以東港迎王祭之民俗祭典活動為主，運動建構設施以提供大鵬灣國家觀光旅遊地區（規劃中）、小琉球觀光旅遊地區、海鷗浴場、青州遊樂園為主；（三）恆春半島旅遊地區運動設施服務兼俱海濱型與山脈型，運動觀光景點以海岸、山脈、森林、溫泉為主，運動服務以提供高爾夫球、浮潛、潛水、筏釣、海釣、溫泉、游泳等休閒運動服務為主，運動賽會以提供恆春中元搶孤民俗活動為主，運動建構設施以提供大統立高爾夫球場、＇匠春休閒農場、東源等遊樂區、白砂崙海水浴場為主；（四）墾丁國家公園旅遊地區以運動設施服務兼俱海濱型與山脈型，運動觀光景點以山脈、登山、健行、森林、海岸遊憩為主，運動服務以提供操舟、浮潛、潛水、筏釣、海釣、游泳、室內水上活動及健身服務為主，運動建構設施以提供墾丁牧場、墾丁濱海區、南灣海水浴場、墾海育樂中心、福華水世界、凱撒等飯店運動設施為主。針對本研究之結果，對於政府、觀光產業者及未來研究方向提一些建議。

The purpose of this study is to explore the contents of services and infrastructures of sport in relation to tourism destination in Pingtung County. The method is based on literature review and collation of the spot, and the subjects were chosen from the tourism destination of Northern-Pingtung, Dapeng Bay & Xiaoliuqiu, Hengchung Peninsula and Kending National Park in Pingtung County. The infrastructures of sport on tourism destination of this study are as follows: (1) the first choice was the inland molds in Northern-Pingtung. The natural features of sport here include mountains, forest and waterfalls. The sport services include parasailing, climbing and golfing. The sport entertainment features are the Aboriginal Culture Shows, Hakka Games, The Harvest Festival of the Rukai Tribe and Aboriginal Games and the constructed facilities of sport comprise of the Taifeng Golf Course, The Aboriginal Culture Park, Haishengong snorkeling, Tashe Angling Area and an amusement park; (2)The second area is the Dapeng Bay & Xiaoliuqiu. The natural features of sport here consist of lagoons, coasts and islands. The sport services are snorkeling, diving, canoeing, fishing and sea angling. The sport entertainment services include establishments like the Donggang Greet-King Sacrifice. Constructed sport facilities entail The Dapeng Bay Waterpárk, a bathing beach, and a seawater amusement park; (3) The third location is The Peninsula of Hengchung. Coasts, mountains, forests and spas make up the natural features of sport. The sport services comprise of golf, snorkeling, diving, canoeing, fishing, sea angling, swimming and relaxing in the spa. Qianggu folk activities provide sport entertainment. The sport constructed facilities involve the Datongli Golf Course, Hengchung Recreation Farm, Dongyuan Amusement Park and Baisha Bathing Beach; (4) Lastly, the Kending National Park was selected. The natural features of sport consist of hiking and climbing in the mountains, forest and the coast. The sport services are sailing, snorkeling, diving, canoeing, fishing, sea-angling, swimming and indoor water and fitness activities. The constructed facilities include the Kending Pasture, Kending Seafront, Nanwan Beach, Kenhai Amusement Center, Fuhua Water Space and the Kaisa Hotel. According to the findings of the study, there are suggestions to develop the tourism industry and scholarly research for the government and tourism business in the future.
