本研究旨在瞭解高中體育教師之教育訓練轉移成效,並探討影響其訓練轉移之關鍵因素為何。本研究採問卷調查法,以277所臺灣地區高中、職共666位體育教師為研究對象。以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關,以及多元迴歸進行資料處理與分析。研究結果發現:臺灣地區高中體育教師其特質對訓練轉移成效有所助益並且具有高度參訓動機,對組織環境之感受適合訓練轉移,且自認有高度的訓練轉移成效;受試者特質、參訓動機、訓練設計、組織環境與訓練轉移成效具有顯著正相關;參訓動機、訓練設計、受試者特質對訓練轉移成效具有預測力,其中以參訓動機解釋力最高。研究建議加強體育教師教育訓練之訓練設計;並增加高中體育教師校內、外教育訓練之辦理場次。
This study would like to figure out training transfer effectives for senior high school PE teachers in Taiwan and found out the factors which affect training transfer. A total of 666 PE teachers of senior high schools in Taiwan participated in this study. The descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and Stepwise regression statistical methods were utilized to analyze the data. The findings of this study were indicated below. First, the personal character of senior high school PE teachers in Taiwan were benefit to training transfer effectives, and they had high degree motivation of training, feel good of work environment, and high transfer efficiency of training. Second, there were significantly positive relationship for personal character, motivation of training, training design, work environment, and transfer efficiency of training. Third, motivation of training, training design, and personal character were significantly positive predictor of transfer efficiency of training, ”motivation of training” as the best predictor. The research suggested that improved training design of physical education and held more seminars of educational training in and out campus.
