本研究旨在探討國立嘉義高中學生群體休閒參與、阻礙及課業壓力之關聯性。研究方法以問卷調查方式進行,研究工具包含:個人基本資料、休閒參與量表、休閒阻礙量表及課業壓力量表。研究者於高中一、二及三年級各隨機抽取四個班級,預計一、二年級抽取樣本180人,三年級抽取160人,加總共520人,經回郵回收問卷結果,共收回418份問卷,問卷回收率為80.38%,經問卷整理並刪除漏答之無效問卷後,共計372份,有效問卷回收率為88.99%。休閒阻礙負向影響休閒參與、休閒阻礙正向影響課業壓力、休閒參與負向影響課業壓力,也就是說當國立嘉義高中學生認知的休閒阻礙越高,將會阻礙及降低國立嘉義高中學生的休閒參與,也會造成課業壓力的增加;此外,當國立嘉義高中學生休閒參與程度越高,越能夠減少其課業壓力。本研究最後依據研究結果提出相關建議。
This study aims to investigate the correlation between high school students' participation in leisure activities, their leisure constraints and academic pressure, using Chiayi Senior High School students as study subjects. The research was conducted by questionnaire survey. Research tools included personal data, leisure participation scale, leisure constraints scale and academic pressure scale. The researcher randomly selected four classes each from Grade 10, Grade 11 and Grade 12 respectively. Estimated total sample subjects were 520 including 180 from Grade 10 and Grade 11 respectively and 160 from Grade 12. Completed, returned copies of the questionnaire were 418, a response rate of 80.38%. Excluding invalid questionnaires, there were 372 valid questionnaires, a valid response rate of 88.99%. The research results showed leisure constraints negatively impacted leisure participation and positively impacted academic pressure; they also revealed that as students cognition of leisure constraints rose their leisure participation was further constrained and reduced, eventually leading to higher levels of academic pressure. In addition when students' leisure participation levels rose, their academic pressure lessened. Based on these conclusions this study made related suggestions accordingly.
