本研究目的旨在探討外籍運動觀光客的賽會滿意度、目的地形象知覺與再訪意圖之間的關係,以2009臺北聽障奧運為研究範圍,發展結構式問卷作為調查工具,針對參加2009臺北聽障奧運之外籍運動觀光客為問卷調查對象,採立意抽樣方式,共計發出三種語文(英文、日文、簡體中文)問卷258份,剔除無效與填答未完全的問卷後,有效問卷計有201份,有效問卷回收率為77.91%。問卷結果以SPSS統計套裝軟體進行資料分析,獲得以下結論:一、外籍運動觀光客對於2009臺北聽障奧運之賽會滿意度給予中上程度肯定,對於「住宿品質」之滿意度最高,其次依序為「賽會活動品質」、「賽會場地品質」、「可及性品質」與「團膳品質」;二、外籍運動觀光客對於2009臺北聽障奧運之目的地形象給予中上程度肯定,對於「價值」之程度最高,其次為「認知」;三、外籍運動觀光客對於2009臺北聽障奧運之再訪意圖給予中上程度意願;四、賽會滿意度之四個構面與目的地形象之二個構面中,僅有「價值」與「認知」對再訪意圖有預測力。根據研究結果,本研究對主辦單位與有意舉辦國際性運動賽會之相關部門提出未來舉辦國際性運動賽會策略上建議。
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among event satisfaction, destination image, and revisit intention of foreign tourists attending the 21(superscript st) Summer Deaflympics Taipei 2009. A purposive sampling technique was used as the basis of respondent selection, and three different language versions (English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese) of the same questionnaire were produced. Of the 258 questionnaires distributed, 201 valid questionnaires were received, for a response rate of 77.91%. Data analysis was performed with SPSS and the results showed that (1) the level of overall event satisfaction was rated as ”high-intermediate”, and among its dimensions, ”accommodation quality” was ranked highest, followed by ”quality of contest activity”, ”quality of venue site”, ”quality of accessibility”, and ”quality of food service”; (2) the level of the event's image as a tourist destination was rated as ”high-intermediate”, and among its dimensions, ”value” was ranked highest, followed by ”cognition”; (3) the level of revisit intention was rated as ”high-intermediate”; and (4) of the four event satisfaction dimensions and two destination image dimensions, only ”value” and ”cognition” could be used as factors to predict the revisit intention of foreign tourists. Recommendations for hosting an international sporting event were also proposed in the light of the study findings.
