This study discusses the relationships between the ”activity involvement,” ”place attachment,” and ”destination loyalty” of individuals who participate in bicycle-related leisure activity. The target sample was individuals who participate in bicycle-related leisure activity in 136 lanes within the Taipin District, Taichung City. Convenience sampling was used to collect 656 effective questionnaires. According to the research objectives and test hypothesis, the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results were as follows: (1) Bicycle riders' ”activity involvement” positively influenced their ”place attachment.” (2) Bicycle riders' ”place attachment” positively influenced their ”destination loyalty.” (3) Bicycle riders' ”activity involvement” positively influenced their ”destination loyalty.” Additionally, ”place attachment” was the significant mediating variable between ”activity involvement” and ”destination loyalty.” Finally, suggestions for future studies and management are provided based on the results of this study.
