都會運動公園自行車活動參與者生活型態容忍度、遊憩衝突與滿意度之研究

Lifestyle Tolerance, Recreation Conflict, and Satisfaction Among Urban Sport Park Bikers

摘要


在地狹人稠的都會運動公園,遊憩活動的設計大部份為多元遊憩使用之規劃。然而,因不同活動的參與者間資源競爭與遊憩目標受到干擾,造成遊憩衝突的發生,因此本研究目的為瞭解都會運動公園自行車活動參與者之內團體(自行車活動參與者) 與外團體 (散步者) 遊憩衝突程度,並探討自行車活動參與者的生活型態容忍度、遊憩衝突及滿意度的關係。本研究方法為量化研究,研究工具為信效度良好之封閉式問卷,並採便利抽樣法進行實地問卷調查,共回收371 份問卷;研究資料分析方法包括描述性統計、皮爾森相關分析與多元迴歸分析。研究結果發現,都會運動公園自行車活動參與者: 1.生活型態容忍度與遊憩衝突並無顯著負相關;2. 生活型態容忍度愈高,滿意度愈高;3. 知覺遊憩衝突與滿意度無顯著負相關;4.知覺內團體遊憩衝突負向影響整體騎乘體驗滿意度;5.生活型態容忍度比內團體遊憩衝突對整體騎乘體驗滿意度較具影響力。為了提升整體騎乘體驗滿意度,本研究建議規劃自行車道分道以降低內團體衝突,並且採用教育宣導活動共同遊憩價值與目標以提高生活型態容忍度;未來遊憩衝突相關研究,建議可進行調適行為之探討。

In congested urban area, sport parks were designed for multiple recreation usages. However, different types of visitors perceived recreation conflict due to resource competition and goal interference. The purposes of this study were to investigate recreation conflict between bikers (in-group) and hikers (out-group), and to explore the relationships among the lifestyle tolerance, recreation conflict, and satisfaction of urban sport park bikers. The research method was quantitative and the research tool was a closed-ended survey with high reliability and validity. The subjects of this study were urban sport park’s bikers and were selected through a convenience sampling method. A total of 371 valid surveys were collected on-site. Data were analyzed according to descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, no relationship was found between lifestyle tolerance and recreation conflict. Second, a positive relationship was observed between lifestyle tolerance and satisfaction. Third, no relationship was determined between recreation conflict and satisfaction. Fourth, while in-group conflict increased, biking satisfaction decreased. Fifth, lifestyle tolerance contributed more to the biking satisfaction than did in-group conflict. According to the results, two-way bike trails are recommended for decreasing in-group conflict in urban sport parks. Moreover, enhancing lifestyle tolerance by promoting bikers’ similar recreation value may increase biking satisfaction. For the future recreation conflict research, coping behavior could be discussed.
