籃球裁判職能之提升,仰賴專業職能模式為基礎,提供專業評估及訓練。目的:在整合廣泛的籃球裁判專業發展職能項目,建構專業職能模式,以明確指引裁判增能方向。方法:採德懷術及層級分析程序法,經12位籃球裁判專家,建構籃球裁判專業職能要素,並取得各層級指標之權重表現。結果:籃球裁判專業能力指標共分3個一級指標、8個二級指標及39個三級指標。在同級指標內部權重方面,二級指標前三名分別為「球賽控制」、「自我概念」及「壓力管理」。在三級指標前四名分別為「能明察球員得利動作」、「能夠處理場中棘手的狀況」、「能夠在適當時機正確判決」及「瞭解球隊戰術風格及應用時機」。結論:臺灣籃球裁判職能模式之建構,未來可讓籃球裁判專業的價值與能力發展方向更為明確,對籃球裁判增能之課程規劃更專精,在個人專業能力訓練更有效,對裁判判決尺度更具共識。並落實籃球裁判分級訓練課程設計,建立比賽裁判甄選制度及強化籃球裁判專業能力發展。
The enhancement of basketball referees' functional competency can be achieved by using a professional competency model for evaluation and training. Purpose: To construct a professional competency model for basketball referees (PCMBR). Methods: The applied methods included the Delphi technique and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Twelve expert basketball referees served as the expert panel for the Delphi technique to construct the PCMBR. Questionnaires were analyzed using the AHP. Results: The PCMBR included 3, 8, and 39 first-level, second-level, and third-level indices, respectively. The top three second-level indices were "game control," "self-concept," and "stress management." The top four third-level indices were "conscious of players' profitable actions," "ability to handle difficult situations during the game," "appropriate timing of officiating," and "ready for the team's tactical style and its application." Conclusion: This model enhances the value of professional basketball referees and can be used to develop a clear direction based on individual expertise, to improve referee effectiveness, and to generate greater consensus on referee decisions.
