實習實作,串起大學社會責任與在地產業需求的關鍵-以慈濟科大通識體育課程微觀

Practicum, the Essential of Linking University Social Responsibility and Industry demand -A Template for Physical Education Class in Tzu Chi University of Science and Technology

摘要


目前國內的大專校院須將人才培育及關懷在地產業做緊密的結合,而大學也必須肩負起對於在地的社會責任,因此,實習實作課程除了能夠協助學校提升人才的培育,也能讓產業與教學相互連結,更能使學生貼近市場,發覺社會議題,強調大學生的公民責任。而通識課程也需要去找尋出屬於自己的課程定位,避免遭專業課程排擠或邊緣化,利用通識課程來輔助專業課程,提升專業能力的堆疊及建構第二專長的可能性。

The University in Taiwan is playing the role of linking the cultivation of talent and industry demand, and have social responsibility simultaneously. The practicum was not only to improve the cultivation of talent, to link the education and industry demand, but also to emphasize Civic responsibility for university student. The general course’s position and value for class have to be found. The aim of the general course was to promote the basic ability assisting professional ability, and to construct the second specialty for students.
