摘要

近年由於網路興盛造成全球化效應，對於原本就透過電視轉播傳送之主流運動改變並不顯著，但對於各項傳統地方民俗卻有著非常劇烈的影響。例如在影音網站Youtube中以扯鈴之英文名“diabolo＂查詢影片，共計約有42萬筆影片檔案；以“扯鈴＂查詢影片，共計約有13.3萬筆影片檔案 (2017年5月28日) ，如此驚人數量的扯鈴相關影片，可見得透過無遠弗屆的網路讓扯鈴運動快速國際化。透過網路及各式媒體播放藝術表演下，讓扯鈴運動再次吸引了民眾的目光，原本被視為是傳統民俗活動的刻板印象，已逐漸被翻轉成為是千變萬化、新奇有趣的現代化時尚運動。本文採文獻分析法針對國內外扯鈴的歷史發展作一探討，進而提出提出歸納的結論。本研究歸納其中得以不斷演變之因素如下：一、文化底蘊的傳承。二、國際交流的頻繁。三、多元領域的結合。

In recent years, due to the prosperity of the network caused by global effects, for the original transmission of television through the mainstream movement is not significant change, but for the traditional local folk culture has a very dramatic impact. For example, in the video site Youtube to dial the English name ＂diabolo＂ query the film, a total of about 420,000 video files, to dial the name in Chinese ＂Che-Ling＂ query the film, a total of about 13.3 million video files. It is clear that the diabolo movement is fast and internationalized through the ever-changing network. Through the Internet and all kinds of media to play the art show, let diabolo once again attracted the attention of people, was originally regarded as the traditional folk activities of the stereotype, has been gradually turned into an ever-changing, novel and interesting modern fashion movement. The literature analysis method is used to discuss the historical development of domestic and international dialing, and then put forward the conclusion of induction. This study summarizes the factors that continue to evolve as follows: First, the heritage of cultural deposits; Secondly, the frequent international exchanges; Thirdly, the combination of multiple domains.
