高性能混凝土之高強度特性應用於建築結構之可行性探討

Feasibility Study on the Application of High Strength Concrete for Building Structures

摘要


高性能混凝土(HPC)因具有工作性,安全性,耐久性,經濟性,及生態性等五大特性,因此目前已成為世界各國混凝土工程界廣泛應用與積極研發之重要課題。而國內對高性能混凝土之應用尚未普及,目前僅知有少數國道橋梁及特殊土木及建築結構有局部試用外,一般建築結構幾無應用之案例。為推廣高性能混凝土在建築結構之應用,期能達到節省國家資源之目標,本文謹針對高性能混凝土之高強度特性,就其材料之配比設計、力學性質、結構設計方法等方面,分別探討應用於新建建築結構物之可行性,並舉實際結構設計案例,探討其經濟效益,供工程界參考。

In recent years, high performance concrete (HPC) has become more popular and important material using in structural concrete field, due to the advantages of workability, safety, durability, economy, and ecology. However, so far the HPC has not been widely utilized yet in Taiwan. In order to promote using this advanced material for building structures, and to save national resources, the paper focus the high strength characteristics of HPC on the mixture proportion design, mechanical properties, and structural design respectively. The mechanical properties of HPC are superior to the conventional concrete, as confirmed by the experimental results reported in previous literature. The aim of this paper is to compare the cost of construction between the two various kinds of concrete above, and to discuss the feasibility on the application of high strength concrete for building structure systems. Satisfactory effects of economy were found in these regards.
