三芝農會2號倉庫的活化利用探討

摘要

近幾年舊建築空間活化利用的議題相當熱絡，也是環境保育與永續經營的理念崛起。這些建築物隨著都市發展日新月異的轉變，導致舊有的建築物原功能減低或消失，形成使用效果不彰的狀況。三芝的二號倉庫就是一個轉換原使用功能的例子，本文的探討課題即是如何從舊有的糧食倉庫轉型成為散發濃郁的人文藝術氣息的文創空間的發展過程。

In recent years, the topic of the activation and utilization of old building space is quite hot, but also the concept of environmental conservation and sustainable operation rise. With the rapid development of these buildings, the original function of the old buildings has been reduced or disappeared, resulting in a situation of ineffective use. Sanzhi's No.2 warehouse is an example of converting the original use function, the topic of this paper is how to transform from the old grain warehouse into a rich cultural and artistic atmosphere of the development of creative space.
