The quality of financial operation directly affect the economic and financial development of a national or regional level, good the quality of financial operation to the development of regional economy is of great significance. The article integrating existing research, to construct the financial operation quality evaluation index system, this paper was building the three established index system from financial operation environment, financial institutions subject development and risk. To weight the quality of financial operation indicators using the improved entropy weight method through the regional financial run reports of the data in 2010. According to the calculation of the comprehensive score and compare to 31 provinces and autonomous regions financial operation quality, and analyzing the existing gap between the reasons, so as to the development of the national financial operation quality has to understand and grasp the overall. Finally, try to put forward to some suggestions and countermeasures of with practice.
