陽明山國家公園的邊界變遷

摘要

由於國家公園對於人事地物有其特殊的規定，因此其設置的範圓自然成爲管制與否的依據，這使得國家公園的區界雖然僅是劃分土地使用，但是卻因爲其所賦予權利義務不同，而成爲政府與民間推移角力的所在，爲了更清楚說明國家公園的區界推移，本文將以陽明山國家公園爲例，說明其建置前後政府與民間的關係，以及後來國家公園的區界的推移狀況。

Owing to the special rules of national park, the frontier of national park proves to be a basis to judge whether the land is under control. It becomes a focus for conflicting between government and citizenry. In order to explain the phenomenon clearly, this article will take Yang-Ming-Shan national park on Taiwan for a study case, so as to discuss the change of the frontier.
