商業英語數位學習教材研製:國際貿易實務

Developing E-Learning Materials for English for Business Purposes: Practice of International Trade

摘要


因應數位學習時代的來臨,本研究在於結合商務英文、國貿實務、多媒體以及資訊科技,開發研製一套英文商務祕書之數位學習教材,以藉由光碟、視訊隨選或網路教學等平台,提供自我學習或教學使用。該教材乃以「商務英文書信」、「國貿實務流程」以及「參加國際商展」為主題,並兼顧學習英語之「聽、說、讀、寫、譯」五大技能,進行教材內容之設計編撰。教材中亦加入英文書信及參展實作之線上演練,以評量學習成效。本研究乃在建立自行開發研製專業英語文多媒體數位教材之技術與經驗,以期透過本教材與數位學習機制,協助學習者建立商務國貿之英語文職能,落實技職教育體系『學用合一』之特色。

The aim of this study is to develop an e-learning material for business English. The material can be constructed by video on demand (VOD) or on the Internet. The content of the material mainly includes three business fields: writing of business English letters, flowcharts of international trade and participation of a trade fair. In the design of the whole material, five skills for learning English (listening, speaking, reading, writing and translation) are emphasized. An online writing system and an online evaluation system are also included to respectively teach users how to write letters of business English and how to participate in a trade fair.In an e-learning era, we hope to establish our own ability and experiences to develop e-learning materials, which will help users to augment their language skills and gain relevant abilities applicable to the job market.
