諮商師諮商督導受訓歷程中專業需求與情緒覺察之分析研究

An Analysis of the Professional Needs and Emotional Awareness of Counseling Supervisors in Training

摘要


本研究採取深度訪談法,訪問五位參加諮商督導專業訓練的諮商師,探討其受訓歷程中,有關個人的專業需求、對諮商督導人員督導作為的期待、自我的情緒感受及其覺察方式、理想督導人員的條件等議題的認知看法。研究發現:受訓督導者的專業需求主要為接受正式且完整的諮商督導訓練,期待的督導作為主要為個別督導,受訓者的情緒反應會受督導歷程及督導作為的影響,理想諮商督導人員的條件為擁有合格執照、自我開放和具備專業知能等。根據研究結果,本研究提供數項具體建議供國內諮商輔導之教育單位、助人機構或專業人員,作為未來規劃諮商督導專業之實習、訓練、甄選與評量的參考。

With five participants in counseling training programs as interviewees, the research employed in-depth interview technique to find out participants' views in the following aspects: individual professional needs, expectations of how supervisors supervise, self-emotional awareness and ways of perceiving it, and views about the qualifications of an ideal counselor. Based on the findings, suggestions are offered for reference regarding counseling guidance, internship, training, evaluation and selection of counseling supervisors.
