企業資源、組織學習環境與知識分享機制對知識移轉績效影響之研究─以基因演算法最佳化之類神經網路對台灣地區上市上櫃公司加以驗證

摘要


邁入知識經濟時代,知識生產力是創造企業價值的核心關鍵,企業必須透過有效的知識管理,以創造企業持續性競爭優勢。觀乎過去研究偏重不同組織之間的技術移轉,對於組織內部知識移轉缺乏整合性探討,而且研究內容強調資訊流程改善之程序面,反而較少探究知識管理制度與文化之策略面。有鑑於此,本研究乃建立以企業資源、組織學習環境與知識分享機制為三大自變數,以知識移轉績效為因變數之研究架構,並選擇國內205家上市上櫃公司的有效問卷,同時配合基因演算法與倒傳遞類神經網路學習模式予以驗證。其結果發現擁有愈多有形、無形與人力資源之企業,配合主管支持、信任文化或互動參與之良好組織學習環境,或是兼顧數位科技交流與獎勵誘因提供之靈活知識分享機制,皆對企業獲利能力、移轉過程滿意度、創新發展等知識移轉績效具有顯著影響效果,是故建議企業界宜強化組織之知識資源、建構優質知識管理團隊,以及善用多元化知識分享管道,期能提昇企業競爭力。

Marching toward the age of knowledge economy, the productivity of knowledge has reached the critical point of creating the firm's value. Every business has to rely on the effective knowledge management to create sustainable competitive advantage. Past studies focused more on the technology transfer between different organizations, and less on the integrated research of internal knowledge transfer in the organization; furthermore, they emphasized more on the procedures of ameliorating information process, and seldom on the strategies of knowledge management systems and cultures. In order to find out how far the factors will influence the performance of knowledge transfer, this paper will construct the integrative framework connecting business resources, organizational learning environment and knowledge sharing mechanisms as independent variables with the performance of knowledge transfer as the dependent variable. This study employs the genetic algorithms and artificial to test network to test hypotheses with 205 verified questionnaires of domestic listing and over-the-counter companies. The verified result points out that only if the business possesses abundant tangible, intangible and human resources with the desirable organizational learning environment, or implements the flexible knowledge sharing mechanisms as information exchange and incentive system, it will respectively have obvious performance of knowledge transfer like getting profits, satisfying transfer process, and reinforcing innovative development. Meanwhile, it will suggest firms to strength knowledge resources of the organization, bring up excellent knowledge management teams, and make good use of multiple knowledge sharing methods for upgrading the competitiveness of the firm.
