混凝土設計齡期前受力對強度成長損傷之研究

摘要


台灣地區地震頻繁,致施工中新澆注完成的混凝土常因此而在未達設計齡期強度前,即承受接近當時齡期強度之地震力作用,雖無明顯破壞跡象,但混凝土潛在的損傷情況則不得而知,本研究基於此,探討混凝土於規定齡期前之預壓,對其抗壓強度成長之影響。研究結果獲致以下之結論:(1)混凝土澆注完成之三、四天內,其受力雖達當齡期強度之90%,佐以目視表面並無可見之微裂縫,混凝土仍可持續其強度之正常成長,惟宜加強養護。(2)若其表面有顯見微裂紋,雖予持續施治養護,但其設計齡期時之強度明顯降低,應採取其它可行之補強措施。

There are lots of earthquake occuring in Taiwan area. Concrete is frequently subjected to pre-loading just a short period after being constructed. If there is damage to the design strength of concrete is in doubt. This study is to investigate the phenomenon. We have the following conclusions:(1)The design strength of concrete will still grow well as in normal condition even subjected to pre-loading with no hair cracks in a few days of construction. But it is good to keep concrete in wet curing condition for this case. (2)If there are hair cracks appeared on the surface of concrete, there will be some damage to the concrete strength. We suggest some reforcing method must be done.
