On the Design of a Drag Link Four-bar Linkage Mechanism with Variable Velocity Ratio

摘要


本文一以雙曲柄機構為基礎,利用N支氣壓缸串聯於機構之固定桿,並結合自動化電氣控制的方法,使固定桿長度具步進可變,設計出一具多可變速度比輸出之可變速度比雙曲柄機構。本文首先利用數值分析,撰寫雙曲柄機構之電腦輔助設計程式,並進行機構作動模擬,設計出隻曲柄機構之四連桿長度及其運動特性曲線。最後,以一設計實例並製作成雛型機,驗證本研究於彈性化設計實務應用之可行性。

This study addresses design of a drag link four-bar linkage mechanism with variable velocity. The design is based on a drag link mechanism with fixed bar where N pieces of pneumatic cylinder are in series connection as well as automatic electric control method that allows the length of fixed link to vary with stepping. A computer program is developed to aid the design of drag link mechanism and simulates afterwards mechanism motions to obtain the length of links and curve of motion characteristics. A design example was proposed accordingly to attest that the flexible design proposed hereby is feasible in industrial applications.
