以系統工程管理觀念探討航空器結構整合計畫之研究

A Research of Structural Integrity Program for Aerial Vehicle by the Concepts of System Engineering Management

摘要


飛行器結構整合計畫主要依據系統工程管理觀念執行飛行器之使用壽命期限內之管理作為。根據系統工程管理主要之研究三項主題,第一階段在飛行器全程發展階段中依據訂定之飛機結構整合計畫的設計規範說明飛機使用飛行器任務分配、類型及耐久性與破壞容許的規格,進行飛行資料收集及分析。而在第二階段系統工程方法中研究所有資料所呈現之趨勢,其中包括飛機全程發展階段所獲得的設計資料,以及飛機在使用操作期間所記錄下來的資訊資料庫,藉以執行系統工程管理第三階段工作,亦既飛機之結構壽命循環整合工作規畫。在設計過程中考量系統開發之壽命能夠滿足顧客之需求條件。如何令飛機中全程發展階段之設計、分析與測試的資料均能紀錄起來,又如何整合全部飛機的飛行歷史,這些都是飛行器結構整合計畫執行系統開發壽命研究必須研究之主軸。再者,在展開階段與壽命循環問必須擬定一個壽命循環計畫,界定產品之壽命週期之管理方法。系統工程管理作業流程正應用在飛行器結構整合計畫上。

The structural integrity program manages the activities under the aerial vehicle service life, which based on the concept of system engineering management. Systems engineering management is accomplished by integrating three major activities. First, development phasing controls the design process and provides baselines that coordinate design efforts. Based on the aircraft structural integrity program, the structural design criteria provides the elements necessary to maintain the structural integrity by developing the analytical capability to evaluate the effects on safety limits, durability limits, and fatigue life. Second, a systems engineering process provides a structure for solving design problems and tracking requirements flow through the design effort. Third, life cycle integration involves customers in the design process and ensures that the system developed is viable throughout its life. To satisfy the customer need, systems engineering management is an interdisciplinary engineering management process that evolves and verifies an integrated, life cycle balanced set of system solutions. An integrated team processes the linkage of the life cycle integration and the systems engineering process. A life cycle planning has to be developed to combine the development phasing and the life cycle integration. The operation procedure of systems engineering management has been applied in the aerial structural integrity program.
