技專校院各招生委員會宣傳與服務功能及其滿意度分析

摘要


本研究在深入瞭解各聯招會宣傳與服務功能上的運作概況以及績效,期望能透過研究成果,讓各聯招會能進一步規畫出更令人滿意的工作流程與作業內容,以達成招生作業盡善盡美的最高目標。 歸納各聯招會的宣傳類型有五大類: 1.媒體類:運用媒體(如電視、廣播電台、報紙、記者會、雜誌…等。)。 2.活動類:辦理或配合大型活動(如技職博覽會、招生、公益活動…等。)。 3.網站類:設置網站或在他人網站廣告(如招策總會網站、商業網站、聯招會網站、教育部網站…等。)。 4.文宣類:製作分發文宣品(如布條、海報、夾報、文宣光碟、簡訊…等。)。 5.人員說明類:運用人員進行說明(如說明會、升學講座、電話拜訪…。)。 對各聯招會的宣傳與服務功能的滿意度調查顯示,各聯招會的宣傳與服務功能是受到肯定的,不過應持續努力有再加強。另建議聯招會思考其它資訊提供管道和方式的必要性,及在網站類之外,如何更容易、更方便的取得資訊。考慮在現實環境內外在限制條件的影響下,聯招會的宣傳與服務功能只須達到經濟滿意度,即為最理想模式,並非要追求完全滿意的目標,乃提出「宣傳與服務功能的經濟滿意度模式」,以為評量各聯招會宣傳與服務功能之效標。

This research is understanding in depth of advertisement and services functions' operation overview and performance of each Technological Colleges and Universities Recruitment Commission (Recruitment Commission), expect to be able to pass the achievement, can be recognizing with more accurate demand of examinee, parents, society, in order to offer appear effective improvement propose and strategies, is it can draw satisfactory workflow and content to advise further to each Recruitment Commission, supreme goal with perfect operation by reaching and enrolling new students. Inducing the advertisement types of each Recruitment Commissions are below: 1. The Medias: Use the media (such as the TV, broadcasting station, newspaper, press conference, magazine etc.) 2. The activities: Handle or cooperate with the large-scale activity (such as skill duty fair, enrollment, public activity etc.) 3. The websites: Set up website or in others website advertisement (employ slip federation website, business website, is it can employ website, Ministry of Education website to unite etc.) 4. Document declaring type: Is it assign document declare product (such as clothe, poster, insert newspaper, article declare CDs, news in brief to make etc.) 5. Personnel proving type: Use personnel are it proves (instruction, enter a higher school lecture, phone visit etc.) To each Recruitment Commission's satisfaction investigation of advertisement and service functions to find, score between 3 and 4 for average. Show, it receives the definite one to each Recruitment Commission's advertisement and service functions, but should make great efforts to strengthen continuously. The way that the personages of most communities get the recruiting information is general from the websites, so Recruitment Commission must ponder over the necessity how to get the information easier and more convenient beside websites. Consider the influence of limiting conditions of inside and outside realistically environment, this research shows that each Recruitment Commission's satisfaction advertisement and service functions of need only reach economic satisfaction. It is the most ideal model. Without pursue the totally satisfactory goal. This is the reach putting forward ”Advertisement and Service Function Economic Satisfaction Model.
