模糊邏輯應用於空氣清淨機之自動控制系統研發

The Automation Fuzzy Logic Control System for Air Cleaners

摘要


目前市售的空氣清淨機的大都採僅採用開關或定時控制模式,當空氣品質已經改善時,空氣清淨機仍不停的運轉,浪費寶貴的能源。本研究乃針對此一缺點,將甲醛(CH2O)、一氧化碳(CO)、二氧化碳(CO2)、溫度(Temp,)與濕度(Humidity)等空氣品質感測器與空氣清淨機進行連結,以CH2O、CO與CO2等3個參數進行模糊邏輯推論,判定室內空氣品質的好壞程度,進而驅動空氣清淨機。 本研究所建立之自動控制系統,首先將空氣品質感測器的感測數值,利用三角形歸屬函數觸發後,再經由27條規則及最大最小合成法推論出歸屬值,最後再以重心法求得空氣品質好壞。研究結果顯示,控制系統可以經由模糊邏輯,達到智慧型自動化控制空氣清淨機的開關與風量大小調變。此外,本研究另建置乙太網路監控系統,以利未來可以遠端監控大樓空氣清淨機的需求。

The traditional air purification devices have been used as far as now which are virtually in either switch or timer control modes. It is possible that the air quality has been improved, but the air purification devices are still run in operation modes though. It could cause the waste of power consumption eventually. In this research, we are trying to link those air quality detect sensors such as; formaldehyde (CH2O), carbon monoxide (CO), carbon dioxide (CO2), temperature and humidity sensors with the air purification device. It could be done by the fuzzy logic control technology in order to tell the air quality levels of the target environment. And it is used to activate the air purification device consequently. The automatic control system which is established by the research institute of us, First of all, to trigger the air quality detecting values, which have been gotten from the detect sensors, by triangle membership function. Besides of that, to infer the finalized values with regulation 27 and the max-min. composition method. And then, the air quality level is obtained by the gravity method finally. The result of this research is shown that control system could be maneuvered through the fuzzy logic in order to achieve the features of switching on & off of the device and the air volume selections by wisdom automatic control system. In addition, this research provides an additional Internet supervisory system in order to meet the future requirements of the far-end monitor of the multi-storey building's air purification devices.
