護理人員衛教職能表現與主管滿意度之研究

A Study on the Relationship between the Performance of Patient Education and Satisfaction with Subordinates in Nurse Staffs

摘要


本研究主要目的是在探討護理人員衛教職能表現與主管滿意度間之關係,以彰化縣某區域教學醫院護理人員為研究對象,採用分層隨機取樣方式抽樣,由80 位護理長評分轄下五位護理人員,共發放400 份問卷,回收有效問卷356 份,有效問卷回收率為83.8%。研究結果發現護理主管對其轄下護理人員之「控制與融洽關係能力」、「講解能力」、「主動傾聽能力」及「影響力」等衛教職能具高度評價,且會正向影響護理主管對其滿意度。而綜合考量各衛教職能時,主管最重視「影響力」與「講解能力」兩項衛教職能。

The purpose of the research was to investigate the relationships between the performance of patient education and satisfaction with subordinates in nurse staffs. The research objects of nursing staff were sampled form the Metropolitan Teaching Hospital in Changhua County, Taiwan. Stratified random sampling method was used for this study. The survey by questionnaires form 80 Head Nurses separately rated the performance about five nurses belong to her team. The valid samples were356 (83.8%) in 400 samples. The results showed that nursing supervisors had highly praised on the competencies of their nursing team members about "Control and Rapport", "Explaining", "Active listening" and "Influencing" of patient education. And these four competencies dimensions positively affected their satisfaction with subordinates. Comprehensive consideration the competencies of the patient education, nursing supervisors most emphasis on "influence" and "explaining" of two patient education functions.
