Basketball now is toward to high speed, high power, high technology and variable strategy. So that, how to achieve high efficiency training is the major subject of this paper. This paper is first to analyze the sport competition of basketball, including the characteristic of energy metastasis of sport competition and the major exercise muscle groups of basketball. And then studying the related search and training methods of muscle training of basketball. Finally, propound the accurate methods of general and especial conditioning training for basketball players. Providing the trainers' exercise references and promoting the level of our national basketball team.
