以組織文化角度談非營利體育組織運作之現況

A Discussion of Non-profit Sport Organization from the Aspect of Organizational Culture

摘要


組織文化在組織中扮演著影響成員行為方式、判斷是非能力與形塑深層價值體系之重要角色,進而形成一股強力的規範,能約束組織成員的行為、工作與生活方式及準則等,並協助機關組織成員獲得組織認同,促使組織成員在各方面均有所遵循。由於過去體育行政組織及運作之研究,多以探討組織結構、領導型態或工作滿足等相關主題為主。如何塑造體育行政機關積極、進取及創新的組織文化,並提供民眾優質的行政服務,已是刻不容緩的重要議題。爰此,本研究以組織文化的角度,來瞭解非營利體育組織的現況發展,歸納並提出運作期間發生之問題,盼能作為未來非營利體育運動組織整體運作管理之考量立基點。

Organizational culture plays an important role affects methods, judgment and formation of profound value system. The formed significant regulation restraints the behavior, work, live, standard and so on of the members to help gaining members in institutes an organizational identification and promoting the compliance in all aspects. For the study of sport administrative organization and function in the past are subjected to the discussion of organization structure, leadership styles or satisfaction of work, the importance of issue on how to form a positive, aggressive and creative organizational culture in a sport administrative organization and provide excellent administrative service becomes the second to none. Therefore, the study discusses the situation of non-profit sport organization in the aspect of organizational culture to induce and propose the issues during the period of operation and look forward that the study be the base of consideration of operation and management of non-profit sport organization in the future.
