探討鉛球投擲之軀幹運動與鉛球能量關係

Correlation Between The Trunk Movements And Energy In Shot Putting

摘要


目的:旨在分析優秀鉛球運動員在投擲階段之軀幹運動與鉛球能量關係。方法:以一台數位攝影機拍攝八位鉛球運動員在鉛球投擲動作之表現,利用Kwon 3D動作分析系統將影像進行數位化分析,並進一步計算軀幹運動學與鉛球功率,最後考驗不同動作瞬間其軀幹角運動學的差異,並探討各項參數與投擲距離之關係。結果:前導腳離地瞬間與鉛球離手瞬間其在軀幹角度與軀幹角速度上皆達顯著差異。結論:增加鉛球在釋放階段的功率,能提升投擲距離表現。

Purpose: To explore the trunk movement and mechanical energy of the shot putting in eight male elite shot-putters. Methods: The films were digitized using Kwon 3D motion analysis software, and to calculate the trunk kinematics and power of the ball. And then, to compare the differences in two motion events and explored the correlation for all parameters and throwing distance. Results: There were founded the significant difference that the trunk angle and velocity between two events. The throwing distance were significant positive correlation with power of the ball, the trunk angle of the leading leg lift the floor was significant positive with ball away the hand, and the angle varying of the trunk was significant positive with trunk angular velocity of the ball away the hand. Conclusion: To increase the power during the release phase will assist the throwing distance.
