大專男子籃球教練領導與凝聚力之研究

A Study of Perceived Leadership Styles, Preferred Leadership Styles, and Team Cohesion of Collegiate Basketball Teams in Taiwan

摘要


本研究的主要目的在探討在大專男子籃球隊領導行為和凝聚力之間的關係。受試者分為大專籃球運動員,男生一級及二級的學生。全部學生88個參加者完成兩份問卷:運動領導行為(LSS)和團隊凝聚力(GEQ)。資料經過獨立t檢定,單因子變異量數及線性迴歸分析,結果發現:一、一級選手知覺之教練領導行為,依序為:訓練與指導、正面回饋、社會支持、民主行為、專制行為。二、二級選手知覺之教練領導行為,依序為:訓練與指導、正面回饋、民主行為、社會支持、專制行為。三、二級運動員需要較高的訓練與指導、民主與行為、社會支持。四、一級運動員之凝聚力(團隊合作)顯著高於二級選手。五、一級籃球選手之教練領導之民主行為和社會支持升高,對選手之團隊合作會跟著提高。本研究可以提供一些訓練的幫助和參數,對於學生和教練在領導和管理,可以改進教學品質。

The main aim of this study was to examine the relationship between leadership behaviors and team cohesion in basketball context. The subjects were 41 in division Ⅰ(group1) and 47 in division Ⅱ(group2) male students in the Taiwan college. All 88 participants completed two questionnaires: the Leadership Scale for sport (LSS) and the Group Environment Questionnaire (GEQ). The data was analyzed by the paired t-test, independence t-test, One Way ANOVA and linear regression. The results as follow: 1. Leadership behavior of couches that has been recognized by these division Ⅰ's college athletes includes training and instruction, positive feedback, social support, democratic behavior and autocratic behavior.2. Leadership behavior of couches that has been recognized by these division Ⅱ's college athletes includes training and instruction, positive feedback, democratic behavior, social support, and autocratic behavior. 3. Division Ⅱ's basketball player need more training and instruction, democratic behavior, and social support than division I. 4. Division Ⅰ's scores were all higher than Division Ⅱ for GIT. 5. Division Ⅰ's scores for democratic behavior and social support were high with GIS. It's helpful and reference for the students and coach to improve the teaching quality in the leadership and management.
