國小學生休閒運動參與及利益知覺的關係:動機之中介效果

The Relationships Between Recreational Sport Participation and Perceived Benefits of the Elementary School Students: The Mediating Effects ofMotivations

摘要


本研究旨在探討國小學生對正課之餘參與休閒運動的動機與運動利益的知覺,以及所參與之休閒運動程度、動機和利益知覺之間的關係。本研究以人員問卷調查法,針對臺北市某三間國小3-6年級學生進行調查。研究採便利抽樣法,共回收336份有效問卷。研究發現,國小學生以戶外運動類型的參與最高,在參與比例上以球類運動最為普遍;休閒運動參與及動機之間具有正向關係;而休閒運動參與的動機與利益知覺間呈現正相關;在休閒運動參與及利益知覺之間,發現彼此具有顯著正向關係;此外,動機在休閒運動參與及利益知覺構面之間扮演中介的角色。本研究建議,國小學生可培養並參與自己喜愛的休閒運動,以提高參與的動機,並提升參與休閒運動後所帶來的利益知覺感受,養成良好運動習慣並從小提高體適能。

The objective of this study was to identify the motivation of recreational sport and perceived benefits of elementary school students in leisure time and relationships between recreational sport participation levels, motivation and perceived benefits. Convenient questionnaire sampling was conducted to gather the research data of three elementary schools' students who attended in third to sixth grade in Taipei. A total of 336 valid questionnaires were collected. The results show that elementary school students participate outdoor sport most, and ball games is the most common recreational sport of elementary school students. There was a positive relationship between recreational sport participation and motivation. However, motivation had significant positive relationships with perceived benefits. In addition, there was a positive relationship between recreational sport participation and perceived benefits. Besides, motivation is also a mediator between recreational sport participation and perceived benefits. The study suggests that students should find out their favorite recreational sport, in order to have higher motivation to improve the perceived benefits. It could develop good exercise habits and enhance peoples' physical fitness from child hood.
