台北市社區大學舞蹈課程知覺服務品質與休閒效益

Perceived Service Quality and Benefits of Leisure on Dance Curriculum of Taipei Community Colleges

摘要


本研究目的在探討台北市社區大學舞蹈課程之知覺服務品質與休閒效益。方法:以台北市12所社區大學舞蹈課程學員進行立意抽樣調查,採用描述性統計、平均分析、因素分析、信度分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子多變量及皮爾森相關分析。結果:一、學員多為女性,選擇參與中東舞蹈與國際標準舞者較多。二、學員知覺之服務品質,以「可靠性」之滿意度較高,「反應性」較低,且男性學員知覺之服務品質感受較女性高。三、學員所感受之休閒效益,以美學與生理效益較高,且男性及國際標準舞之學員有較高社交效益之感受。四、舞蹈課程學員知覺之服務品質愈滿意,休閒效益之感受亦愈高,其中「休閒效益」與服務品質之「關懷性」之相關最高。結論:台北市社區大學舞蹈課程知覺服務品質之優劣會影響休閒效益之感受,透過參與舞蹈課程感受休閒運動價值之外,教師與行政單位應重視提供課程之服務品質,尤其須注重對學員的關心與溝通,方能滿足學員之期待與需求,進而提升成人教育之終身學習與休閒效益。

The purpose was to investigate perceived service quality and benefits of leisure on dance curriculum of Taipei Community Colleges. Data were collected from the dance courses of 12 community colleges in Taipei, using purposive sampling investigation. Analysis of the research included descriptive statistics, average analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, independent t-test, one-way MANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis. The main results were as follows: 1. Most of the participants were female, and most participants were involved in the Belly Dance and Ballroom Dance. 2. Among perceived service quality, ”reliability” was most satisfied, whereas ”reactive” was least satisfied. Male participants perceived higher service quality than female. 3. Participants perceived higher aesthetic and physiological benefits. Male participants in the Ballroom Dance perceived higher benefits of leisure. 4. The higher the perceived service quality, the better the perceived benefits of leisure. Conclusion: Perceived service quality of Taipei Community Colleges' dance curriculum will affect the benefits of leisure. Through participation in dance curriculum, the students would experience the value of recreation. The teachers and the administrative units should maintain professional standards and keep paying attention to the service quality, particularly offering care and communication, in order to meet the expectations and needs of the course participants, and thus to enhance the benefits of lifelong learning on adult education and recreation.
