大學生身體自我概念簡式量表之編製

The Study of the Development of Short-Form Scale of College Student Physical Self-Concept

摘要


本研究目的旨在建構大學生身體自我概念簡化量表,以探索式因素分析和結構方程模式中的「驗證式因素分析」進行模式驗證,以建立具信度及效度之衡量量表。研究方法採問卷調查法,以全國大學生為施測對象,共獲得1024份有效問卷,經驗證性因素分析顯示本研究模式無違犯估計,並通過模式適配指標之考驗,具有良好之建構效度與組合信度,顯示大學生身體自我概念簡化量表的因素結構可以成立,其研究結果為一個具有九個因素之模式,包含身體活動、身體脂肪、自我認同、力量、健康、耐力、柔軟度、運動能力與身體外觀九個因素,共得35題項。研究結論顯示,本研究之量表可以適用於衡量大學生身體自我概念之研究工具,並具有量表題項簡化之效果,藉以提升未來研究施測之效率與有效回收率。

The purpose of this study was to development of ”Short-Form Scale of college student physical self-concept”. It was used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis of structural equation model to test the model to proof and expected to develop a physical self-concept scale with reliability and validity. For this, the methods used physical self-concept questionnaire to investigate university students and 1024 valid questionnaires were collected. The results indicate that Confirmatory factor analysis showed that model had no offending estimate and model test revealed an acceptable fit, therefore, the model had good validity and reliability. As a result, the study showed that the factor structure of physical self-concept scale existed and it with night factors including physical activity, body fat, self-identity, strength, health, endurance, flexibility, sports competence and appearance, 35 items. The conclusion in this research shows that the physical self-concept scale was adequate to measure physical self-concept and to simplify. As such, this study attempt to increase test efficiency and valid collected for future research.
