本研究主要目的在驗證組織支持、心理資本及工作滿意度之影響關係,模式中以心理資本為中介變項,研究對象以雲林縣、嘉義縣、嘉義市軍訓教官為樣本,總計發放問卷為220份,刪除無效問卷15份,實際的有效問卷共205份,有效問卷比率為93.18%。資料回收經PLS統計分析結果顯示:(一)軍訓教官的同事支持與長官支持會顯著正向影響工作滿意度。(二)軍訓教官的同事支持與長官支持會顯著正向影響心理資本。(三)心理資本會顯著正向影響工作滿意度。(四)在組織支持與工作滿意度之間心理資本具中介角色。建議積極開發軍訓教官的心理資本,並強化與同儕同事的相處,將有助於提升工作滿意。
Purpose of this research is to verify the effects of social support, psychological capital as intermediary variables and job satisfaction in the model. The research objects are military instructors from Yunlin County, Chiayi County and Chiayi City. The total questionnaires are 220 copies. 15 invalid questionnaires are deleted, and the actual valid questionnaires are 205 copies. The effective questionnaires ratio is 93.18 %. After adopting partial further squares (PLS) statistic model to verify theoretical model, the empirical results show that: 1. Military instructor's co-worker support and supervisor support had significant positive influence on job satisfaction. 2. Military instructor's co-worker support and supervisor support had significant positive influence on psychological capital. 3. Psychological capital had significant positive influence on job satisfaction. 4. Psychological capital as a mediating variable between organization support and job satisfaction. Suggest to develop military instructors' psychological capital and to enhance the relationships with colleagues actively. It will help to improve job satisfaction.
