國小學童運動社會支持、運動價值觀對運動樂趣之影響模式驗證

The Effect of Sport Social Support and Sport Values: Based to Sport Enjoyment on Elementary School Students

摘要


本研究目的在探討國小學童運動社會支持、運動價值觀對運動樂趣之模式驗證。本研究採問卷調查法,以嘉義縣市國小五年級與六年級學童為研究對象,抽取45 所學校發放1,350 份問卷,回收有效問卷1,268 份問卷,有效回收率93.9 %。資料經統計分析結果:國小學童的運動社會支持會正向影響運動價值觀,運動社會支持會正向影響運動樂趣,運動價值觀會正向影響運動樂趣,國小學童的運動社會支持會間接影響運動價值觀後再正向影響運動樂趣,因此運動價值觀在模式中是屬於部分中介效果,也就是中介變項的角色。國小學童運動社會支持能解釋運動價值觀變項的解釋變異量為36 %,而運動社會支持、運動價值觀變項能解釋運動樂趣變項的解釋變異量為49 %。可供教育相關單位在推動體育相關政策之參考。

This study aims to examine a model of the relationship between social support for primary school students' exercise, the value of exercise, and exercise enjoyment. Adopting the questionnaire survey method, this study chooses 5th grade students and 6th grade students in Chiayi City and Chiayi County as research participants. A total of 1,350 questionnaire copies were handed out to 45 schools and 1,268 questionnaire copies were returned, a valid response rate of 93.9 %. The results are as follows: the social support for primary school students has a positive influence on the value of exercise, social support for exercise has a positive influence on exercise enjoyment, the value of exercise has a positive influence on exercise enjoyment, social support for primary school students' exercise has an indirect influence on the value of exercise and a positive influence on exercise enjoyment; therefore, the value of exercise plays the role of an intervening variable with partial mediating effects; social support for primary school students' exercise could explain 36 % of variance in the value of exercise whereas social support for exercise and the value of exercise could explain 49 % of variance in exercise enjoyment. This study can serve as a reference for education and relevant departments' enactment of policies about exercise.
