國中拳擊運動代表隊教練與選手關係對運動表現之影響:以心理堅韌性為中介變項

The Effect of Coach-Athlete Relationship on Sport Performance in Junior High School National Boxing Team: The Mediating Effect of Mental Toughness

摘要


本研究透過心理學的研究,更深入了解如何增進選手的表現。目的:在驗證國中拳擊運動代表隊教練與選手親密關係、教練與選手互補關係、教練與選手親承諾關係對運動表現影響關係,並以心理堅韌性為中介變項。方法:以便利取樣方式進行問卷施測,發出200份問卷,有效回收186份問卷,資料採Warp PLS 5.0進行結構方程模式統計分析。結果:教練-選手承諾關係會顯著正向影響運動表現,教練選手承諾關係、互補關係會顯著正向影響心理堅韌性,心理韌性會顯著正向影響運動表現,教練-選手親密關係、互補關係、承諾關係變項能透過心理堅韌性對運動表現有間接影響,也就是說,心理堅韌性在模式中具有顯著的中介效果。結論:本研究結論證實心理堅韌性之重要中介效果,因此,擔任教練必須要認知運動心理堅韌性的重要。透過結論提供教練要提升運動表現以採取教練-選手承諾關係影響最大,要提升心理堅韌性則以採取教練-選手互補關係的影響最大。

The study explored how to advance the performance of athlete by psychology research. Purpose: The purpose is to verify the effect of the coach-athlete intimate relationship, coach-athlete complementary relationship, and coach-athlete commitment relationship on sport performance in junior high school national boxing team. And the mediation effect is mental toughness. Methods: Questionnaire survey was sent by convenient sampling. There were 200 questionnaires sent, with 186 valid replied returned. And data used Warp PLS 5.0 to conduct the structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. Results: Coach-athlete commitment relationship will positively affect sport performance significantly. Coach-athlete commitment relationship and complementary relationship will positively affect mental toughness significantly. Mental toughness will positively affect sport performance significantly. Coach-athlete intimate relationship, complementary relationship and commitment relationship via mental toughness has indirect effect on sport performance. In other words, mental toughness has significant mediating effect in this model. Conclusion: The result confirms that mental toughness is a significant mediating effect. Therefore, the team coach need to recognize the importance of sport mental toughness. Through the conclusion, to advance sport performance by adopting coach-athlete commitment relationship has major affection. And to raise up mental toughness by adopting coach-athlete complementary relationship has major affection.
