旅客目的意象、滿意度與重遊意願之研究-以雙龍潭生態運動景區遊客為例

A Study on Relationship among Destination Image, Satisfaction and Revisiting Intention: The Case of ShuangLongtan Ecological Sports Resort

摘要


一個觀光景區如何維持舊顧客和增加新顧客,對於觀光景區經營與管理是相當重要。本研究主要探討廈門市雙龍潭生態運動景區遊客,旅遊目的意象與滿意度對於重遊意願之關聯性,以及滿意度對於旅遊目的意象與重遊意願間之中介效果。本研究有效問卷373份,利用SPSS層級式迴歸進行資料分析與闡釋。調查結果發現,旅遊目的意象對滿意度有正向顯著影響,滿意度對於重遊意願有正向顯著影響,滿意度作為中介變項對於旅遊目的意象與重遊意願呈顯著影響。利用本研究結果可提供雙龍潭景區未來營運管理參考。

This paper is aimed to examine how a tourist resort maintains old costumers and attracts new ones, which is recognized as being very important to the operation and management of sightseeing area. This study investigated the relationship of Xiamen Shuanglongtan Ecology Sports resort, tourist destination image and satisfaction with revisiting intention. In addition, the study showed the mediating effect of satisfaction on the tourist destination image and revisiting intention. 373 valid questionnaires were collected, and hierarchical regression was conducted with SPSS for the analysis and description of the data. The results of this study showed that tourist destination image had a significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction had a significant effect on revisiting intention. And the relationship between tourist destination image and revisiting intention was moderated by satisfaction. This research can be a useful reference for future management operations of Shuanglongtan resort.
