This paper is aimed to examine how a tourist resort maintains old costumers and attracts new ones, which is recognized as being very important to the operation and management of sightseeing area. This study investigated the relationship of Xiamen Shuanglongtan Ecology Sports resort, tourist destination image and satisfaction with revisiting intention. In addition, the study showed the mediating effect of satisfaction on the tourist destination image and revisiting intention. 373 valid questionnaires were collected, and hierarchical regression was conducted with SPSS for the analysis and description of the data. The results of this study showed that tourist destination image had a significant effect on satisfaction, and satisfaction had a significant effect on revisiting intention. And the relationship between tourist destination image and revisiting intention was moderated by satisfaction. This research can be a useful reference for future management operations of Shuanglongtan resort.
