摘要

優秀的棒球投手能夠壓制對手得分，對比賽影響甚鉅。國中階段是棒球投手銜接未來發展重要的關鍵時刻，因此本研究以問卷為研究工具，調查優秀的棒球教練對國中投手選才標準的看法，並利用德爾菲法篩選出重要選才關鍵指標。本研究將原有的6大因素37項指標，縮減為31項指標，降低了選才判斷的複雜性。其結果能夠提供基層棒球教練於國中投手選才時，有更精確的選才依據。

A good baseball pitcher has a huge impact on the game because of the pitcher suppressed the opponent's scoring more efficient. The adolescence is a critical moment for baseball pitcher development with the future. Therefore, this study uses questionnaires to investigate outstanding baseball coaches' opinion of selection criteria for adolescent pitchers, and uses the Delphi method to filter selection criteria. This study reduced the initial 37 criteria to 31 criteria, reducing the complexity of judging talents. As the result, it can provide a more accurate basis for baseball coaches to selection adolescent pitchers.
